Wildflower Turf

We have a number of varieties of Wildflower turf for gardens in Shropshire available to suit your tastes. With a variety of colours and flower mixes as well as special mixes for woodlands or to encourage the birds and the bees into the garden.

The majority of plant species in Wildflower Turf are perennial, annual or bi-annual plants. As long as these are happy they will continue to grow back year after year (or every other year depending on the plants). Most mixes will flower sometime from March – September (weather and variety depending). Please note the wildflower turf is mowed before dispatch to prevent damage to the flowers while being cut and delivered.

We would always recommend laying your wildflower turf on low fertility soil. It is always recommended to prepare the ground before ordering. Often the preparation takes longer than the laying. For some more information on preparing the grounds for your wildflower meadow click here.

Currently, Wildflower Turf can only be ordered by either an enquiry through the website or giving our team a call. Please remember when enquiring to ensure you know the area you are looking at turfing along with the postcode for delivery to allow our team to get you the best price.

Delivery of Wildflower Turf

Delivery or collection is available for our wildflower turf, we usually require 3 working days to ensure time for cutting. If you are thinking you would like the turf for a specific day the more notice you can give us the more likely we would be able to offer this date. Please note we deliver and offer collections on turfing pallets. These are special sized pallets, which come with an additional charge. These will be refunded on return of the pallet and can hold up to 70 rolls per pallet. More information about delivery and collections can be found here.
